Dear Parents/Guardians,
Friday, October 12th is the end of 1st quarter and is a 1/2 day of school for teacher In-service.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held Tuesday, October 16th from 3:00 – 7:00pm. and Thursday, October 18th from 3:00 – 7:00pm. Please make sure that you arrive no later than 6:30pm to make sure that you have time to see all teachers before we end at 7:00.
This is a great opportunity and we strongly encourage you to come and meet with your child’s teachers to check on their progress and receive their grades.
Grade reports will be handed out to parents/guardians during these conferences. You will pick those up from the teacher or for Middle School and High School you will pick up in the office when you arrive. If you are unable to attend conferences on one of the above dates, please call the school to set up an appointment with their teachers.
